Vape Shipping Restrictions (PACT Act)
The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, updated in 2021, imposes federal requirements on the online sale and shipment of vape and tobacco products. As a compliant retailer, we adhere to all PACT Act regulations, including:
